Compulsion to Stretch and Lift Weights

Me after 1 month of listening

Unlike most of my files, I have actually had a considerable amount of time to test the suggestions in this particular file. I have been listening to an overnight trance that this is an excerpt from since December 12th and it reliably compulsed me to stretch and lift weights every day for over a month with only 3 rest days. I have moved up in weight 3 times, gained 5-6Lbs of muscle in a month, and dramatically improved the definition and size of several muscle groups. Suggestions

So very very deep and comfortable now,
trancing and relaxing, deeper and deeper,
listening to my voice and letting it shape your mind.
Just listen, obey, and relax.

And as you listen and relax,
your mind is filled with a vision of a better you,

a more masculine, dominant, and muscular you.
Without even thinking about it
You find yourself doing the things
that will make your body more muscular.
You may notice that your habits are changing,
that streching and lifting weights
become a regular part of your routine.
It's just so easy for you now,
to just let it happen each and every day,
because it just feels so good to build your body.

You know that streching is good for your body,
it eases your pain and improves your flexibility...
and you may not have even thought about it much,
but stretching also makes your mind clear and flexible,
clear and flexible and ready to move on
move on to whatever state of mind you need at the moment.

Whenever you come home from being out in the world,
you feel the tension that has built up in your body,
and you have an irresistible desire to strech.
Strech, and relax and let all of the tension leave your body
And whenever you finish streching,
you find that your mind is focused and relaxed.
Focused and relaxed and ready to move on
to whatever your next frame of mind needs to be.

Anything that you are programmed to do,
you can call up that program simply by streching,
and when you finish streching you find yourself
flowing simply and naturally to the next behavior
whether its grooming, work, sex, exercise, hypnosis...
or anything else that you have been programmed to do,
simply strech and relax and let your mind clear,
and you will find it comfortable and natural,
comfortable and natural and safe to move on
move on to the next state of mind
and with all the programming you have installed,
active and ready to guide your behavior.

Whenever you finish streching,
If you put on your headphones and listen to a file
you will find that you fall deeply and naturally
into a nice deep comfortable trance. SO RELAXED!
Totally free from all distractions.
Nice and deep and suggestable.

If you strech before you trance,
you trance deeper and harder,
focusing only on the voice
and letting everything else fade away.
Whenever you strech and trance
you trance 1000x harder
clear and free of distraction
and ready to accept any and all ideas.



And when you awaken from trance,
you awake with the desire to strech,
focus on aligning your body,
as the memory of the suggestions fades,
fading away from your conscious awarness
so that it can take deeply and firmly
in the deeper levels of the conscious mind.
When you strech after you trance,
you find that the suggestions take deeply
even if you are not aware of them.

If you are unsure of your next state of mind,
you notice the time instead, and find yourself
awake and aware of living in your body,
feeling all the pleasurable sensations you have denied
simply because you choose to be aware of them now.
Noticing the feeling of your movements in the world,
and being alive to the sensations you used to ignore.

And if you live in the moment,
and remain aware of time,
you will always find yourself paying attention
paying attention to the people around you
becoming aware of your situation and
knowing what needs to come next.

Whenever you finish streching
and you notice that it is time to work out
you feel like you have been shot full of steroids.
Your most masculine self comes out and takes over.

You find yourself highly aware of your body
and motivated to lift weights, build muscle,
and get totally focused on the feeling
of feeling the weight and lifting it,
feeling the pleasure of exercising the body,
focusing on form, carefully avoiding injury,
finding yourself lifting with perfect form
open to the awareness of your exact movements,
and moving simply and automatically
over and over again because it feels so good
to be in the zone and working your body.
Doing exactly as many repetitions as you need
to make your muscles grow bigger and stronger.
Feeling the testosterone pumping through your body,
growing your muscles like steroids,
making you more and more male with every rep.

You may not have even thought about it much,
but working out, or even thinking about working out
have become extremely sexually arousing for you.
Whenever you work out, your body is full of energy
and as your conscious mind focuses on form
and on doing each repetition perfectly and effectively,
your testosterone surge and subconscious mind rewards you
with feelings of pleasure and sexual arousal,
making your dick hard even if you're not consciously aware of it.

Whenever your consciousness is distracted by exercise
your penis continues to grow while you're not looking,
bigger and bigger, a little bit more each day,
until it's longer and thicker than it ever was before.
It completely escapes your notice, but it happens every time
your mind is deeply focused on the feeling of lifting weights.

Your subconscious mind feels so much pleasure
whenever you lift weights or engage in other exercise
that it fills you with pleasure whenever you think about
lifting weights or notice that your body is changing.
You find yourself exercising every day by pure habit,
your mind will find any excuse it has to to make you do it,
because it it just so pleasurable for you to work out.

Working out really brings you back into your body,
and it feels so good to be aware of your body,
feeling the testosterone surging,
whenever you work out or think about working out.
Watching your body grow more and more manly
every time you find yourself focusing on the feeling
focusing on the feeling of a weight in your hands.
It feels so good to lift weights and become muscular,
feeling your body's natural steroids growing your muscles,
letting all other distractions fade from your mind.
It is so pleasureable to you, so sexually arousing
to feel your penis hanging large and thick as you exercise
that your mind will find any excuse to make you work out
over and over again, until your body is muscular and manly.

And when you finish lifting weights,
it just feels so good to strech,
strech and relax and let all the tension go away...
So pleasant, so comfortable...
And whenever you finish streching,
you find that your mind is focused and relaxed.
Focused and relaxed and ready to move on
to whatever your next frame of mind needs to be.
